Past Projects
Manchester Maccabi, Sports and Football Club
The new Manchester Maccabi Sports Club was built through fund raising by the community and with a grant from Sport England and Big Lottery Fund though their Active England programme. We were invited to design the stained glass window to go in the main front window. The design process involved initial discussions with a representative of the Club Committee and producing artwork, including a memorial inscription, for approval by the committee. The design for he window was based on the football club logo and was commissioned. The window was made from individual pieces of coloured glass and the finished panels were triple glazed and fitted into a uPVC window frame. The Building was opened by Sir Bobby Charlton OBE. Sir Bobby Charlton OBE is pictured blowing the Rams Horn ( shofar ) that is used as a proclaimation of an important announcement.

Lea Bank Country Estate
This is a project we undertook for Hurstwood Developments Ltd who did a lot of re-generational work. This project was the second we did for the development of Lea Bank Country Estate in Rawtenstall. We were commissioned to make two door panels to match the landing window we had made. We also supplied the shaped top units. On the inside of the porch we cleaned up and encapsulated the etched glass. |
