2013 - Flame Window
In 2013 we completed a large stained glass project whereby we were commissioned to make beautiful stained glass windows for three new schools across Greater Manchester. The new schools have been designed with chapels at their heart and it was the wish of the schools that beautiful new stained glass should be commissioned to give meaning and atmosphere to these important parts of the schools. Andrew Seddon, stained glass artist from The Stained Leaded Glass Company worked closely with the school staff and children, the architects and main building contractors to create the new windows. The large windows, up to 4 meters tall and 4 meters wide were installed within the aluminium 'curtain wall' window frames. All three projects where completed in time for the opening of the new schools and have been highly acclaimed.
